PSA TECHNOLOGY
HIGH PURITY CMS — Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen Generator Working Principle: Atmospheric air comprises of 78% nitrogen where the PSA process utilizes the chemical CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieves) to extract the Nitrogen gas from atmospheric air.
PSA process consists of 2 vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves and Activated Alumina. Clean compressed air is passed through the 1st vessel that produces pure nitrogen gas while the other vessel vents out Oxygen and other gases. The 1st and 2nd vessel take rounds one by one to ensure continuous Nitrogen gas production to the Storage tank.

ADVANTAGES OF ARIES PRO MODULAR NITROGEN GENERATOR

Shape structure advantage
The modular nitrogen generator adopts an aluminum alloy cavity type modular structure breaking through the traditional twin-tower appearance design. The appearance of the equipment is robust and dynamic, and the size is only about half of the traditional twin-tower nitrogen generator. The modular structure allows greater flexibility, it saves space in the machine room, and allows a separate nitrogen generator to be placed on-site in the workshop for high-purity nitrogen supply while keeping the place clean.

Core Efficiency Advantage
The adsorption chamber is composed of adsorption tubes, adsorbents, diffusion screens, sealing materials, spring compression devices and connecting components. The snowstorm filling technology and the unique spring compression device makes the adsorbent filling more tightly, eliminating the gap between the adsorbent and the end cover, which not only prolongs the service life of the adsorbent, but also maximizes the adsorption efficiency and ensures the purity of nitrogen remains more stable.

Advantages of stable performance
Each group of modules has a separate diffuser to ensure the uniform distribution of airflow, so that each adsorbent can exert the maximum adsorption energy. The new sealing end cover is composed of an outer cover and an inner cover. The double end cover and five seals are used for all-round sealing protection, which effectively prevent air leakage, improves the quality of nitrogen gas, and enhances the service life.

Advantages of easy maintenance
The second layer of mold core device is designed and installed in the adsorption cavity. The mold core body is made of high temperature and corrosion resistant material with adsorbent fully filled inside it. When replacing the adsorbent, you only need to take out the whole mold core body, which leads to the rapid replacement of the adsorbent on-site, effectively solving the shortcomings of the twin-tower adsorption nitrogen generator, such as heavy workload, long time and insufficient filling and other defects.

Overall layout advantage
The multi-pipe design makes the body more compact. The scientific fluid distribution design enables the gas to pass through the adsorption chamber at high speed and uniformly, avoiding the tunnel effect of the adsorbent, and solves the problems of low adsorption efficiency and fast adsorbent pulverization rate caused by the unbalanced gas flow distribution in the original twin-tower adsorption tower. This enables the adsorbent to adequately separate nitrogen and oxygen from air; the unique anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatment avoids the secondary pollution of the gas caused by the rusting of carbon steel pipes, so that the structural parts are more durable, the nitrogen is cleaner, and the purity is more stable.
