Working Principle

Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Technology (PSA) — The laser cutting heatless modular regenerative adsorption dryer is formed by die-cast aluminum. Two independent chambers are filled with high-grade adsorbent that absorbs moisture from wet compressed air.

While one chamber is in adsorption mode (drying the air), the opposite chamber undergoes regeneration through pressure swing adsorption (PSA). During regeneration, a small portion of dried compressed air is expanded to atmospheric pressure, effectively stripping moisture from the saturated adsorbent. This cycle repeats automatically, guaranteeing a continuous supply of ultra-dry air with a consistent pressure dew point down to -40°C.

Continuous Cycle Efficiency: Rapid switching between chambers ensures uninterrupted dry air, ideal for laser cutting, pharmaceutical, and high-precision manufacturing.
