Refrigerated dryers operate on the principle of dehumidification. The amount of water vapor (steam) in the compressed air is determined by the water content of the compressed air. Basically, in this ARIES PRO Smart Dry refrigerated dryer, the exchanger assists in cooling the compressed air to a certain dew point temperature, so that the gaseous water is condensed into a liquid state. Then through the separator, the gas and liquid are separated and the water is discharged from the automatic drain ensuring the compressed air is dried. In air-cooled refrigeration dryer, the refrigeration and heat dissipation device consist of aircooled radiator. The high-pressure part of the refrigeration system is cooled which dissipates heat by blowing air volume.
